What began as a deeply personal commitment to provide quality healthcare in Village Bhubhar, Chakwal, has grown into an expanding platform for healthcare, education, professional training, preventive care and community development.
Our purpose is to build institutions that serve humanity with dignity, transparency and compassion—and continue benefiting generations to come.

Founder’s Message
A Commitment Born from Personal Loss
In 1980, I lost my beloved mother because timely and adequate medical care was unavailable in our rural region. That loss gave rise to a commitment: to establish healthcare institutions so other families would not face the same helplessness.
Today, Begum Noor Memorial Hospital, Bin Qutab College of Health Sciences and our community programmes represent a shared journey made possible by our doctors, nurses, teachers, volunteers, donors, partners and communities.
Our purpose is to build institutions that restore dignity, create opportunity and continue serving humanity for generations.
